2 night minimum required
Some amenities may not be available year-round. Please ask in advance. Amenities and rates are subject to change without notice.
Special events and holiday weekends are subject to higher rates and/or minimum nights stay. Please ask in advance.

Check-In/Out Policy

Check-in time is any time after 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations

We understand that plans do change. We respectfully request your advance notice. Cancellations must be submitted by email only (coyotecabinrentals@gmail.com).  No phone messages will be accepted.
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival date: You may cancel your reservation more than 30 days from your arrival date and we will refund your deposit, minus a $40.00 cancellation fee per cabin.
Cancellations 15-30 days prior to arrival date: If you cancel or change your reservation 15-30 days from your arrival date, the 50% deposit will be retained. If we rebook your cabin(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Cancellation 0-14 days prior to arrival: If you cancel or shorten your stay less than 14 days prior to arrival there will be no refund of the entire stay.

Reservation Policy

50% deposit of total stay is required to reserve a cabin or condo. Balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival date.
Reservations made 14 days or less prior to arrival require payment in full and are non-refundable.
When 3 or more cabins are reserved by one party, a sixty day notice is required for cancellations.

Pet Policy

Maximum of two pets. There is an additional $10 per night non-refundable per pet fee.
Pets are absolutely not allowed on the beds or furniture.
There will be an additional cleaning charge up to $100 for excessive hairs in the cabin.
Pets are not permitted to be left unattended in the cabin unless they are put in kennels with a floor.
Pet owners are responsible for any damage to the cabin and must also clean up outside after their pets.

Privacy Policy

Coyote Cabin Rentals has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for our website.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Web site, and to collect demographic information for internal purposes. We maintain your address information and order history on our servers.
This site contains links to other sites. Coyote Cabin Rentals is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
Our site uses an order form for customers to request products and services. We collect visitor’s contact information (like their email address) and financial information (credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer’s contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. We do not release any customer information to third parties. Our feedback page asks visitors for demographic information (age). Demographic and profile data (favorite programming language, favorite operating system, etc.) is also collected. We use this data internally to help identify our customer’s interests. We will not distribute this information to anyone.
